Life is too short to care what people think. So live your life the way you want to, be happy, be strong, be yourself not caring what people think.
The biggest thing we need to stop doing is explaining our decisions to others in hopes of their support. We should be confident enough in our decisions that someone else’s opinion doesn’t matter.
“You don’t need anyone’s affection or approval in order to be good enough. When someone rejects or abandons or judges you, it isn’t actually about you. It’s about them and their own insecurities, limitations, and needs, and you don’t have to internalize that. Your worth isn’t contingent upon other people’s acceptance of you — it’s something inherent. You exist, and therefore, you matter. You’re allowed to voice your thoughts and feelings. You’re allowed to assert your needs and take up space. You’re allowed to hold onto the truth that who you are is exactly enough. And you’re allowed to remove anyone from your life who makes you feel otherwise.”

How many things in your day do you do because you feel you should? How many times have you pretended to feel fine and tried to convince someone of this fact even though it is clear you don’t feel fine at all?
Its time to claim your life back. Instead of faking fine try just being real without the need to apologize or explain. Give yourself the freedom to be Human. No one is perfect, why bother to hide your imperfections?
When we stop doing things because we feel we should and start defining the boundaries around what will add value to our lives, we can get on with the business of living our life.
At times we find ourselves trying to explain ourselves and justifying things to other’s, Here are things you should not explain or try to justify.
1. You don’t owe anyone a justification for your values and your priorities.
2. You don’t owe anyone a yes when you want to say no. its your God given right.
3. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for your relationships, whether lovers or friends.
4. You don’t owe anyone an apology when you made the Right decision and you would make it again.
5. You don’t owe anyone the meaning of what you
believe in religion, political or otherwise. You are entitled to your believes.
Let whatever you do today be enough. Let go of the judgement you have about what you should be or could be doing, and today, allow yourself to simply be. Quiet the voice telling you to do more and be more, and trust that in this moment, who you are, where you are at, and what you are doing is enough. You will get to where you need to be in your own time. Until then, breathe. Breathe and be patient with yourself and your process. You are doing the best you can to cope and survive amid your struggles, and that’s all you can ask of yourself. It’s enough. You are enough.”

Finally remember that this life is yours, and the path you choose is your own, be wise and shut out those negative voices telling you otherwise.
