You may be hurting, feeling lonely and inadequate, invisible and hopeless. I want you to know that these feelings will pass. This pain you feel will pass. Maybe not today, tomorrow or a month from now, but eventually, the pain subside, and you will find that despite all the hardship you’ve endured, you’ve survived.

Life is full of hardships and challenges. Its up to us ti choose how to face them. We can choose to meet them out of fear or Embrace them with understanding. If we choose fear, it will prevent us from ever overcoming the obstacle. We will be crippled and paralyzed only to be left hopeless and defeated.

One the other hand, If we welcome the hardship, we acknowledge that life is made up of losses as well as victories, of gains as well as pain.

We will come to the understading that, It is the hardship we are faced with that allows us to appreciate the serenity and beauty that that life has to offer. In meeting life’s struggles with optimism, we find the courage to persist, despite the odds. And it is this persistence which leads to success and recovery.

As long as you keep taking steps forward, you will reach the end of the dark tunnel. Your journey may be slow, but persistence and determination will get you to the end. And you will reach the light.

Eventually, you’ll come to realize that what seemed like the end of the world at the time was just a bump in the road. And you’ll discover with amazing clarity that you are so much stronger than you have ever given yourself credit for.

So be kind and compassionate with yourself during difficult times. Be patient with yourself and your process. And trust that someday soon, you won’t be in so much pain. Trust that because you’ve made it through the darkness in the past that you can make it through the darkness now. Trust that better days are ahead, and recognize that you have the power to make them so. Don’t give up. Just take one step at a time.

Be kind to share..
